Photographers seeking accreditation must complete the online registration form. Only fully completed forms will be accepted. Before applying, please ensure that you meet the following criteria and guidelines:

  1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old. You may be asked to provide an official identity card or passport as proof of age.

  2. Proof of Professional Status: Applicants must submit documentation verifying their role as professional photographers. Acceptable proof may include:

    • A portfolio of relevant professional work or an Instagram profile showcasing your photography [link].

    • Even if you are not an established professional, a strong artistic flair or unique style will also be considered.

  3. Equipment Details: Be prepared to provide details about the photography equipment you intend to use during the event.

  4. Selection Process: Please note that the selection process adheres to our board's requirements. As the number of available accreditations is limited, not all applicants may be approved.

  5. Event Access and Expenses:

    • Accredited photographers will be granted access to specific designated areas during the event. These access permissions will be outlined in your confirmation email.

    • Approved photographers will have their accommodation, travel, food, and beverage expenses covered for the duration of the event.

  6. Confirmation and Collection: Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to collect your accreditation badge. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

By documenting the experience, photographers help foster a sense of community and provide valuable content that can be shared socially, enhancing both personal and professional networks. Their work allows attendees to reflect on the good times, relive cherished memories, and even reconnect with someone they met during the event.
