An immersive evening celebrating the intersection of architecture and culinary art in a space where nature, memory, and imagination coalesce.

Seated Dinner: “Garden as Table” by CHEF Andrei Galceava
A slow, sensorial dinner inspired by the rhythms of the garden—textures, colors, seasonal rhythms—all rooted in Bucharest’s summer palette.

Starter: Echoes of the Edible Garden
Herbs, flowers, and textures of soil and sun -
Main: The Architecture of Growth
Vertical layering, seasonal produce, earthy base -
Dessert: Botanical Memory
Florals, fruits, a play on preservation and fleetingness
Each course introduced with a short spoken text or soundscape, drawing parallels between the design of gardens and the choreography of the plate.
Spoken interludes by Eliza Yokina and Anda Zota – on spatial memory, hidden ecologies, and the garden as social infrastructure.

Micro-exhibition: Grădini de București
A key highlight of the evening is Bucharest Gardens / Grădini de București, an exhibition by Cumulus and curated by architect Eliza Yokina, revealing the quiet poetry of the city's discreet green spaces - urban hideaways suspended between presence and neglect, telling the stories of a city awakening to its hidden vitality.
Discreet STOFF Nagel candle holders provided by Vaalbara, a distributor of mid- and high-end flooring solutions in Romania, specializing in both interior and exterior designs.

Greenhouse Gathering: Music and Design Dialogues
The audience includes professionals in architecture, interior design, and urban planning seeking inspiration, case studies, and insights into the intersection of design and experience.
