Food and drinks included throughout the experience.

Our food partner, Freshful, will help create an unforgettable experience. The menu will include vegetarian options and we will inquire in advance about any food allergies or intolerances. Our beverage partner will be announced shortly.

DAY 1 – Thursday, April 30th 

Arrival & Camp Setup

• Optional pick up from Subcetate Train Station (20 min away)

• 18:00 Arrival at Pensiunea Retezat

• Tent setup at the campsite or check-in at Pensiunea Retezat

• Dinner 19:00-21:00 served depending on your arrival time

 

DAY 2 – Friday, May 1st 

 Celebrating International Workers Day

• 9:00 Breakfast 

• 10:00 - 14:00 Activities by the river (sports and board games)

• 14:00 - 18:00 WHAT IF long-table celebration: 4-course meal with drinks

• 18:00 - 20:00 party

Day 3 – Saturday, May 2nd 

Hiking & Mountain Picnic

• 9:00 Breakfast 

• The full-day guided hike will be determined based on the weather

• 13:00 Picnic lunch

• Return hike and drive/ Optional transfer back to campsite

• 18:00 - 20:00 Dinner & campfire
